Familiar Felines Cat Adoption Form

Thank you for choosing adoption, it saves lives! Please only fill out an application when you are certain that you are able and ready to introduce a new cat to your home. To adopt, you must be within driving distance of San Diego and willing to transport the cat(s) to your home. Must be 21 + to apply.

Filling out an application does not guarantee approval. Our team reviews applications and conducts interviews with potential adopters to ensure that cats are placed in the ideal home for that individual. Kittens must be adopted in pairs, unless you have another kitten or young cat at home. All cats are well-adjusted, socialized, and fully vetted. This includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, and microchip. Adoption fee is a $200 donation for a solo cat or kitten, or $350 for a bonded pair.
